Hi, I’m Tara-Sky

I’m a holistic yoga teacher, I help people feel safe in their bodies and connected to themselves again.

Through yoga, movement, and holistic therapies, I support people who feel stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck—so they can soften, heal, and come back to themselves.

Whether you’re working through anxiety, recovering from trauma, or simply need a space to breathe again, I offer a gentle but effective mix of practices that meet you where you are. This work is deeply personal, and I’m here to guide you through it with care and compassion.

Mindful movement

Yoga sessions that are tailored to your energy and goals—whether you're seeking grounding, release, or clarity. From slow Yin to energising Vinyasa, we focus on what your body and nervous system need that day.

Barre for strength + energy

Fun, uplifting and accessible classes that build strength, improve posture, and boost confidence—perfect for those who want to reconnect with their bodies in an empowering way.

Therapeutic treatments

Relaxing and restorative sessions including Reflexology, Reiki, Aromatherapy and Synergy Healing, helping to regulate your nervous system and gently release emotional and physical tension.

A trauma-informed space

All sessions are held with care, compassion and deep listening. I honour your pace and your story, making sure you feel safe and seen at every step of the way.

How it all started

My journey began over 20 years ago in the health and fitness world, starting with body and skincare. That path naturally led me to holistic therapies, which quickly became a passion. I was fascinated by how these treatments support the mind, body and spirit as one and how they could help people feel more like themselves again.

Over the years, I’ve specialised in supporting people dealing with anxiety, PTSD and depression, using a blend of yoga and holistic practices to gently nurture mental and emotional wellbeing. I’ve also been through anxiety myself, so I truly understand how complex and overwhelming it can feel. That experience shaped the way I hold space, with empathy, patience and care.

As I continued to grow, I found a beautiful connection between yoga and holistic therapies. The two work hand in hand, creating a more complete and lasting impact on the nervous system and overall wellbeing. That’s where Serenae was born, from this belief that healing is never one-size-fits-all, and that we all deserve a space to slow down, feel safe, and reconnect.

I also love teaching Barre, it’s energising, fun and empowering. It brings people together and reminds us that movement can be joyful and motivating, not just functional.

I’m always learning, always growing. Every client I meet is unique, and that’s why I create tailored, thoughtful experiences that meet you where you are.
